Shipment Policy
1)Packing:No charge,all orders will come with free packing items,here for details.
2)Shipment:Only US$10 per order;free shipment if amount over US$120.
3)Delivery time:
Normally,after receive your payment,we need around 1-2 working days to proceed your order.
it takes about 5days to US and Canada,about 7-9days to UK and other countries.
4)Tracking:
The delivery is traceable on the website of your local postal service.You will receive your shipping tracking information via Email after your order have been sent out.

5)Package:
Please be aware that your order will be delivered by Express Courier of your local Postal Service, signature will be required on delivery.
All parcels will be marked as "Gifts" or "Samples" to avoid fees imposed by customs, but the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any. All Parcels will be hold for picking up if it can not be singed or delivered.Recipient should responsible if return due to no claim.If need reship,then you should pay US$15 for the reshipment cost.If cancel,buyer should pay for the shipment cost and 5% service fee.
Return Policy
We offer a comprehensive return policy for your order.
1.Return reason:we accept returns for exchange or refund for the following reasons:
1) Shipping errors
2) Damaged goods
2.Return condition:Return item must be in its original conditions,no sign of wear,have no blemishes, and with all tags attached,including any free items and papers that came with the package.
3.Return date and cost:The items must be sent back to us within 30days from the date of receipt, we can't accept the items that expire the deadline. Buyer is responsible for the shipping charge for return.
We will send the replacement ONLY after we received your returns. The Replacement will be sent via Regular Airmail which might take up to 3 weeks for the delivery. The replacement will be sent at NO CHARGE, but you may want to pay a $15 for a Express Delivery which will be much faster.
4.Return steps:
a)Email us and inform why you want to return including below information:
Name and Email you use to place the order,order ID,the date you received the package,why need to return(if possible,please include pictures for reference).
b)Once confirm,we will Email you the return address,Never directly return to sender.
c)We will send the replacement ONLY after we received and reviewed your returns.
d)Package:Please choose secure courier company, we will not be responsible for any problem that occured in the return shipment.
For Refund
1)Return for refund
Only apply to quality issue.
We will send the replacement ONLY after we received your returns.We do not charge a restocking fee but in such cases, we lose the cost of the initial shipping,a Sum of US$15 for First Shipping will be deducted from the refund amount, so please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing your order.
2)No delivery
a)If you want to cancel the order before we send out your order,we can send you a refund but a 5% service fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
b)If the item just sold out and you don't like any other item for replacement,then we will send you a full refund.
